Refund policy
At Lee’s Doll House, we want you to be happy with your order. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order confirmation, receipt, or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items returned without first contacting us and receiving return approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.
If the return is due to an error on our part, we will provide further instructions and may issue a return shipping label where applicable.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at leesdollhouse2@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized products
- Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items returned without original packaging, where applicable
Custom or personalized orders are only eligible for replacement or refund if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement item is to return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
The item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
This right may not apply to custom or personalized products, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
