Lost, Delayed, or Marked Delivered Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.
You may also contact us, and we will do our best to assist you with tracking the package or filing a carrier claim where possible.
Damaged Packages
